South Coast Business Works 2013

Come and visit the ChangeWise stand at this year’s South Coast Business Works at the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton on Tuesday 5th February from 9am to 3pm.

09.00am Exhibition opens with guest speaker – Geoff Holt, MBE. The record breaking 46-year-old from Hampshire, who five years ago became the first quadriplegic yachtsman to sail solo around Great Britain will be using his inspirational story to motivate others to tackle their own challenges.

11.00am Wellbeing @ Work – Claire Mattinson of the NHS. The benefits to organisations that commit to wellbeing can expect improved business outcomes. The Workplace Wellbeing Charter provides a framework for action to support employers to build good practice in health and work within their organisation.

12.00noon Rich Watts of LeePeckGroup – winner of UK Business Speaker of the Year. Join award winning Rich Watts as he demonstrates the key ingredients for a healthy business and a happy team by expanding on his theory of the ‘Morale Margin’.

1.00pm Good People; Good Business – Simon Rhodes of Trethowans Solicitors. Simon Rhodes, employment lawyer and managing partner of exhibition sponsors Trethowans will present a session to help business owners and managers get the very best out of their people to achieve good business results, covering recruiting good people, creating a culture of success, building a reputation based on your people and creating a good business.
