Client Objectives

In the business process outsourcing sector, ChangeWise partnered with a final salary pension administrator to implement Project Portfolio Governance, deliver £890k of extra revenue and create a new customer relations centre. In addition to these Change Projects, we also delivered Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence initiatives saving approximately £750k per annum.

We have also provided expertise for additional pensions outsourcer clients, including:

• A comprehensive operational diagnostic review across multiple UK operations (pensions, payroll, employee benefits solutions and shareholder registration services) to identify significant opportunities for improvement (circa 20%).
• Lean Six Sigma training for 219 people and 37 Team Leaders in Operations Management.
• End-to-end mapping for all of the pensions processes, identifying the variation between clients and schemes and providing the inputs for an automated workflow system based on optimised skills matching and design considerations for their new target operating model.
